Who I am?

 The consultancy was born as a solution to a market need.

Companies, area managers and entrepreneurs tend to be on the urgency and also on the projected annual plan for the business.

Generally, in the emergency department, they run to find an ally, if they don’t already have one, to help them with that need.

I have been working in the world of marketing for 15 years and it has been 10 years since I was perfecting myself towards the commercial within the world of agencies.

That’s where Florencia Cardinale Consultora was born, I took my name and surname along with my career to bring the best of each one.

The symbol that represents me is the compass rose (cardinal points). The rose serves to give orientation, indicates the direction of the winds and indicates the cardinal points in pursuit of reaching the desired destination.

Florencia Cardinale arises to provide solutions to market needs, from a strategic marketing and / or commercialization plan for entrepreneurs to turnkey solutions for companies.

I am passionate about what I do, I seek to provide the best solution that fits each case.

I am restless, which makes me always update myself to see what is a trend, in order to give the best solutions to my clients.

Creativity and strategy are in everything I propose. And a good strategy is nothing without a team with whom to execute it and there I rest in the network of partners that I generated during my 15 years of working in the online market.

Mission

My mission is to provide solutions to situations that require them in 6 months, 3 months or 1 week. I challenge myself in each process to do it in the best possible way, understanding that this market does not walk, it runs. Although there are plans that need a 3-month floor to execute, sometimes it happens to me that there are clients who need to achieve it in 2 weeks, defining an MVP aligned to that time we can achieve it.
I do not do this alone, FS Consultora is made up of the best partners in the market, specialists in what they do.
